Support Service: 24/7 core staff on site, with additional 1:1 support depending on the needs of the individual.
The scheme has a service manager on site Monday to Friday with senior support workers to assist with the smooth running of the service. Each individual has their own 1-1 hours commissioned by Nottinghamshire County Council or Nottingham City Council, along with shared access to the 'core' team who are on site 24 hours per day. The core team comprises of two day staff and three night staff. With additional staff on site to deliver 1-1 support where this has been commissioned.

Each of our seven purpose-built flats at Nursery Drive offers fully self-contained accommodation, complete with a private kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom - designed to promote comfort and independence for every resident.
24/7 On-Site Support
Our skilled support team offers tailored assistance ranging from 20 hours per week to round the clock care. With two staff on duty during the day and three overnight, plus additional team members for 1:1 support, help is always available when needed.
Empowering Core & Cluster Model
Nursery Drive follows a core and cluster approach, enabling individuals to manage their own tenancies with confidence. On-site staff provide flexible, responsive support that respects each resident’s autonomy and choice.
Positive Behaviour Support Approach
Our staff are trained in Positive Behaviour Support and provide outcome-focused care, helping residents work toward their personal goals while maintaining emotional and behavioral well-being.
Community and Connection
A welcoming garden area offers a shared space for residents to connect, socialise and build friendships. The setting is designed to foster a sense of community and belonging.
On-Site Leadership and Coordination
The service is overseen by an experienced Service Manager available Monday to Friday, supported by senior support workers who ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
Integrated Housing Partnership
In collaboration with Inclusion Housing, a trusted Registered Housing Provider, we ensure residents receive expert tenancy support. This model keeps housing and care needs distinct, aligning with best practice standards set out by the CQC.
Commissioned Personalised Support
Every resident benefits from individually commissioned 1:1 support hours funded by Nottinghamshire County Council or Nottingham City Council, with shared access to the core support team to meet evolving needs.
