About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to oversee and inspire our supported living services. You’ll lead a dedicated team, championing high-quality, personalised care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.
Service Manager Responsibilities
Managing supported living services across one or more locations
Supporting adults with diverse needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses, physical conditions, and substance misuse
Ensuring full compliance with CQC and consistently delivering high standards of care
Developing and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence
Overseeing budgets, rota planning, and staffing to ensure smooth operations
Building strong partnerships with families, commissioners, and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as a Service Manager (or similar) managing supported living or similar services
In-depth understanding of person-centred planning and positive behaviour support
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, etc.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Resilience, passion, and a genuine commitment to empowering others
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) preferred
