We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to oversee and inspire our supported living services. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality, personalised support that empowers the individuals we support to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Leading and managing supported living services across one or more sites
Supporting adults with a wide range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses, physical health conditions, and substance abuse
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering consistently high standards of care
Developing and mentoring your team, creating a culture of excellence and compassion
Managing budgets, rota planning, and staffing levels to ensure smooth service delivery
Building strong relationships with families, commissioners, and external stakeholders
Proven experience managing services in supported living or similar care settings
A deep understanding of person-centred planning and positive behaviour support
Knowledge of regulatory standards (CQC, safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, etc.)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passion, resilience, and a commitment to empowering others
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) preferred
