Following a person-centred approach, Fosse secured a suitable home, developed tailored support plans, and worked closely with J’s family and professionals to ensure a smooth transition of support. Since moving in April 2023, J has made significant progress — engaging in regular community activities, building positive relationships, and experiencing a substantial reduction in support levels.
We are so happy with the care and support our son receives. It allows him to be independent and live on his own, having carers going in on a daily basis. It’s also so nice to know the manager is passionate and cares for her clients. Thank you Fosse Healthcare.
