Lynn Copson – Compassion in Action
From Mansfield, Lynn supported a gentleman through profound grief by helping him locate and visit his mother’s grave, giving him long-needed peace. She also helped another regain independence by teaching him to use his mobility scooter, encouraging him back into his community and even into volunteering. She regularly goes above and beyond, including taking two people she supports to a charity event for a joyful night out.
Lynn’s care lifts confidence, restores independence, and shows what truly outstanding support looks like.
Courtney Greenberry – Bringing Comfort and Confidence
At Vale View, Courtney is known for her warmth and positivity. Her nominator shared how she always arrives with a smile, brightens difficult days, and makes them feel safe, understood, and valued. She checks every need before leaving and brings a level of maturity and kindness that transforms the care experience.
Courtney doesn’t just support people—she makes their day lighter and their life easier.
Maizie Clay & Jasmine Bell – Strength When It Mattered Most
At Broadleaves, Maizie and Jasmine built a meaningful relationship with a gentleman they cared for. When he activated his lifeline alarm, they recognised the urgency, stayed by his side, and called 999. When he went into cardiac arrest, they calmly assisted paramedics with CPR for 30 minutes. Their actions allowed him to be revived, giving his daughter one final night with her father—a gift she will never forget.
Their courage, teamwork, and professionalism are a credit to their roles and to our organisation.
