It has been an incredible journey. Before joining Fosse, Sam had never stayed in a placement for more than three months. Over the past year, with the right support in place, he has made fantastic progress and continues to go from strength to strength.
Since moving into his home, Sam’s support has successfully reduced from 3:1 staffing to 2:1. He is now fully engaging in education and is confidently exploring his local community, building independence and enjoying new experiences along the way.
This milestone is a wonderful reflection of Sam’s resilience, the dedication of his support team, and the importance of creating a stable, person-centred home environment.
