Alongside this basic induction, specific training will be given for each individual or package of care.  This may be individualised to a certain service user, specifically discussing their support plan or more generalised training brought in around a specific condition, such as PDA or Autism.

Alongside this high quality training providers are utilised delivering training such as Designated Safeguarding Officer and Safeguarding Officer by NSPCC.  Fosse are also on the provider board at Derby College to ensure we are at the forefront of new and upcoming training opportunities, whilst also impacting on content delivery.

Step One:

Contact your

Homecare team

They will want to know more about you and your requirements; your specific needs and capabilities and to double check that you live in an area we can help with, so we don't waste your time finding the right care provider for you.

You can find your local branch by heading over to our contact page

Step Two:

We will schedule a no-obligation home visit

Visits will be conducted at a time that's convenient for you and your family, should you require them to be there. This will be an opportunity for us to assess your mental and physical capabilities and begin piecing together a profile of the care which would best benefit you. This can be a video visit initially if you prefer.

Step Three:

Together we will build your own personalised care plan

Everybody's care needs are different and with the home visit complete you will have the opportunity to develop a care plan best focused around the care that you want, with the advice and guidance of our team. Once agreed, regular reviews will be held to ensure that your needs continue to be met and to address any changes in your requirements or preferences.
