Our team of dedicated staff members is trained to provide round-the-clock support, ensuring that residents feel secure and comfortable in their home. We implement the latest safety standards and employ technology to enhance security, providing peace of mind for both residents and their families.
• Positive Behaviour Support Principles: We are committed to the principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), a person-centred approach that focuses on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with challenging behaviours. Our trained staff employs proactive strategies to understand, prevent, and address behaviours in a positive and supportive manner, fostering personal growth and self-determination.
