Our home care services are designed to help you continue living independently in your own home.
Fosse Healthcare has very high standards and through a bank of experienced, trained and fully vetted support workers, our home care division will provide a 'tailor made care package' that ensures you get the most out of life.
We provide care for everyone, people who have learning, sensory and physical disabilities, dementia, illness, after care and support for older people. Providing a flexible and personalised service, helping with all the tasks and support listed below.
Personal care - getting up, dressing, washing, personal hygiene, eating and drinking
Medication assistance - assisting with managing medicines
Domestic support - light housekeeping including laundry, ironing, dusting and washing up
Companionship - accompanying you to social activities or spend time with you in your own home
Shopping - support with shopping errands
Escort to appointments - our care workers can accompany clients to hospital/doctor appointments
Meal preparation - support with preparing hot meals and refreshments throughout the day
Sitting service - offering a well deserved break to full-time Carers by sitting with your loved ones
Live in care - from short term to long term respite
Night care - we offer a night care service, waking and sleeping nights

We are continuingly looking to expand our bank of suitable Home Carers. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 12 months experience within Home Care and valid mandatory training certificates.
