All Nurses undergo a rigorous interview and selection process by a qualified Nurse. A minimum of TWO written references are obtained. NMC PIN Numbers are checked for eligibility to practice. Detailed Health Questionnaires are completed and qualification certificates copied. A large database of RNA, RNMH & RNLD is maintained for both short and long term bookings. All Nurses wear a Fosse Healthcare uniform including Identity badge with PIN details. All bands of Nurses can be supplied.
	All Healthcare Assistants undergo a rigorous interview and selection process. A minimum of TWO written references are obtained. Detailed Health Questionnaires are completed. All Healthcare Assistants have a current Moving & Handling Certificate. All Healthcare Assistants have obtained or are in the process of obtaining N.V.Q. Level 2 Health & Social Care. Some Healthcare Assistants have obtained or are in the process of obtaining N.V.Q. Level 3 Health & Social Care. All Healthcare Assistants wear a Fosse Healthcare uniform (unless the client prefers uniform not to be worn). All Healthcare Assistants are issued with an identity badge which is worn on all assignments.
