All Nurses undergo a rigorous interview and selection process and a minimum of TWO written references are obtained.
NMC PIN Numbers are checked for eligibility to practice.
All Nurses submit to an enhanced CRB disclosure.
A detailed Health Questionnaire is completed, including Hepatitis B status.
We can provide RGN's & RMN's.
All Nurses have a current Manual Handling Certificate.
All Nurses wear a Fosse Healthcare uniform (unless the client prefers uniform not to be worn).
We can provide grades D, E & F.
All Nurses are issued with identity badges which are worn to all assignments.

All Support Workers submit to an enhanced CRB disclosure.

All Support Workers have at least ONE year's experience within a supporting/learning environment and/or
at least ONE year's experience working with young people or adults with Learning Disabilities.
All Support Workers have a current Manual Handling certificate.
All Support Workers have achieved or are in the process of achieving N.V.Q Level 2 Health & Social Care.
Some Support Workers have achieved or are in the process of achieving N.V.Q Level 3 Health & Social Care.
All Support Workers wear a Fosse Healthcare uniform (unless the client prefers a uniform not to be worn).
All Support Workers are issued with identity badges which are to be worn to all assignments.
